1. Acceptance of the Terms
By using the website, creating an account or requesting a service, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms. A minor may use the service only through an authorised parent or legal representative.
2. Nature of the Website Before Registration
Until the LLC is registered and the operator details and contracts are approved, the website is informational and does not constitute a binding public offer for paid services. Any later paid service is governed by a separate service agreement specifying scope, price, schedule and refund terms.

The final decision belongs to the competent body, and our responsibility is limited to performing the agreed work with reasonable professional care.
5. User Obligations
- Provide accurate, complete and non-forged data and documents.
- Notify us immediately of any material change.
- Comply with deadlines and official requirements.
- Do not use the website to cause harm, commit fraud, violate the law or infringe the rights of others.
- Keep login credentials confidential and do not share an administrative or personal account.
6. Accounts and Security
An account may be suspended or restricted where misuse, compromise, forged data or a breach of these Terms is suspected. The user must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
7. Prices, Payments and Refunds
Prices, currencies, payment stages and the refund policy are specified in the service agreement or individual offer. Payments must not be enabled before a financial policy is approved, a lawful payment provider is selected and the registered entity’s details are displayed. No additional services are charged without explicit consent.
8. Intellectual Property
Rights in the website, brand, texts, designs and software remain with their respective owners. The user grants RusWay Global a limited licence to use their documents solely to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduces mandatory consumer rights. We are not liable for delay or refusal caused by decisions of universities or authorities, incorrect information supplied by the user, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
10. Termination of Service
A service may be terminated in accordance with its agreement. Data continue to be retained only for the period necessary for legal obligations, disputes or settlement and are then deleted under the retention schedule.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
After the company is registered, the governing law and the competent court or dispute-resolution mechanism will be specified in the final version and the service agreement, without affecting mandatory consumer rights or compulsory jurisdiction in the user’s country.
