Scope and consent

The parties agree to use a simple electronic signature consisting of the typed legal name together with a one-time verification code sent to email or phone, including SMS or WhatsApp where lawfully available.

Signature Evidence

  • The signer’s identity and verified contact method.
  • The document version, version number and digital hash.
  • Date and time of signature.
  • Verification-code result.
  • IP address and device to the extent permitted by law.
  • A tamper-resistant record showing the status of the current version.

Document Amendment

Any material amendment after signature invalidates the previous version and creates a new version requiring a new signature. For a minor, the parent must also sign again. This method is not assumed to satisfy every electronic-signature requirement in every country; the applicable law and transaction type must be verified.
