I confirm that I am authorised to upload the documents, that they are accurate and not forged, and that they do not infringe third-party rights. I consent to their inspection, verification, translation, certification and transmission to the parties required to provide the service.
Upload Controls
I understand that some recipients may retain copies under their own laws and independent policies after the documents are sent to them.
- Accept only specified file types and verify both the extension and the file’s actual signature.
- Scan for malware and quarantine suspicious files.
- Prevent permanent public links and use temporary signed links.
- Log views and downloads of sensitive files.
- Delete the file when its purpose and retention period end.
